Cancellation Policy

Cancellation PUBLIC CLASSES If you need to cancel your booking we require 24 hours notice in order to issue a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund/ full payment is owed. ​PRIVATE CLASSES Both one on one and group private classes require 48 hours notice in order to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund/full payment is owed. Rescheduling PUBLIC CLASSES If you need to reschedule your booking we require 24 hours notice in order to issue a refund. A rescheduling requested with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of your specific booking added to the final cost and must have new date set immediately. If a new date is not set this will be considered a no show / cancellation and the full cost of the booking will be owed. If you need to change your booking contact us as soon as possible, and we'll find another day/time that works for you. We understand life happens and will do our best to accommodate you. Please note last minute rescheduling availability may be limited.
